My Big Plunge, an online platform keeping up with Indian entrepreneurs

The Indian entrepreneurial growth story is a hit. With each passing day people are leaving their jobs to follow their dream. Indian entrepreneurs are making waves across the globe and pushing the envelope.

From groceries to plumbing to health queries, every sector has been touched by the entrepreneurial wave. People with good ideas who realize there is a gap in the market are filling it up fast with superior services and great customer base.

The success stories are many. But it is the media who is adding to this success by spreading these stories which in turn are inspiring others to follow their dreams. My Big Plunge is a leading online platform that is focused on Indian entrepreneurs.

My Big Plunge besides keeping you updated on all entrepreneurial news through articles and listicles, it also does video testimonials and documentaries of entrepreneurs who have made it big.

The idea is to tell these stories from the horse’s own mouth so that all the people out there, who are scared or intimidated by leaving a job behind and starting their own ventures, are inspired by these stories. My Big Plunge believes in Indian entrepreneurs and the leap of faith it takes to jump into an exciting and new journey.

India, over the last decade or so has seen a huge growth in the entrepreneurial ecosystem. A NASSCOM and Zinnov Consulting report titled “Start-up India—Momentous Rise of the India Start-up Ecosystem” which was released in October 2015, shows that the youth in India is on an entrepreneurial journey. India in fact has become the third largest start-up ecosystem globally. There are 4200-4400 technology-driven product start-ups established so far. By the end of this year i.e. 2015, the funding which was $2.2 billion in 2014 is expected to rise to $4.9 billion.
Also, the entrepreneurial scenario is being driven by the youth with 72% of startup founders being below 35 years old. By the looks of it, this trend will continue to grow and My Big Plunge will continue to keep you updated with the Indianentrepreneur sector.
